To be honest, I bought a ready-made first-aid kit and drove with it for a couple of years, until my friend advised me to check the expiration date of the medicines that are there. I decided to use the Canadian Pharmacy online resource for this. It’s really convenient to check the validity period of different medicines for a couple of minutes from the list, than to disassemble the aid kit and look for the expiration date on the package. I realized that some medicines have a shorter shelf life than I thought. In addition, they recommend changing the bandage and cotton wool every year, because these things can go bad faster due to humidity.
